Tube Core R&D Engineer

1.According to the content and requirement of the project,develop the rational analysis and draw up the preliminary feasibility scheme and process route.
2 Make series of analysis from the aspects of materials, optics, electricity and thermodynamics etc ,carry out a complete set of design work of modeling, simulation, numerical calculation,results analysis and parameters optimization by using relevant softwares.
3.Complete the new technology and new process prospective study plan and research report according to company's product strategy.

Semiconductor Materials, Physics, Microelectronics Technology, Photoelectron Technology or related majors

1. Master's degree or above.
2. 3+ years experience in the R&D of semiconductor and photoelectric devices.
3.A strong and broad knowledge of optical communication industry.
4.Familiar with the process of semiconductor optoelectronic tube core.
5.Have a knowledge of semiconductor industry environment, understand the processing of energy, solid waste, waste water, waste gas, waste liquid etc..

Module Development Engineer (40G/100G)

1.Responsible for the high speed module circuit and PCB design.
2.Responsible for the design, production and problem-solving of module.
3.Responsible for the problem-solving on both the product and client side.

Optoelectronic, Electronic Information Engineering, Communication Eengineering                  or related  majors.

1.Master's degree or above.
2.Familiar with analog and digital circuit, 3+ years experience in R&D of optical module, have good communication skills and team spirit.
3.R&D working experience in 40G or 40G above optical module is preferred.

 Senior Automation Engineer

1.Responsible for the design and implementation of automation project.
2.Responsible for the design and manufacture of high precision measuring equipment.
3.Responsible for providing on-site equipment technical services to customers.

Electrical and Industrial Automation Engineering or related majors

1. Master's degree or above.
2. 3+ years experience in automation line or equipment testing design.
3. Familiar with CAD,PROE softwares, and Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Omron and Siemens PLC software programming, touch screen programming.
4. Familiar with the application of Linear Motor, PLC and Single-Chip CCD,Sensors, and Grating etc..

Linear Motor Engineer

1.Responsible for the development,design and testing of linear motor.
2.Responsible for the design and process plan of the linear motor.
3.Responsible for the linear motor testing equipment design.
4.Responsible for other R&D related work of the electrical machine.

Motor Design, Motor Electric or related majors  

1. Master's degree or above.
2. 3+ years working experience in linear motor design.
3. Familiar with electrical theoretical knowledge and process of linear motor manufacturing, capable of independent motor structure design.
4. Proficient in the use of forefront design softwares.

Senior Mechanical Engineer     (PCB Industry)

1.Responsible for mechanical design and risk analysis.
2.Responsible for the technical work in the completion of trial production R&D and the process of transformation.
3.Responsible for design and project implementation of automatic production line system and non-standard special machinery.
4.Provide reasonable equipment scheme,responsible for the core technology contact and the identification of technology files.
5.Control the project process, performance, cost,and technology risk etc.of the design object.

Mechanical or related majors

1. Master's degree or above.
2. 5+ years experience in mechanical products design and SMTA related work, familiar with the latest machinery industry standard.
3. Proficient in the use of the general mechanical design softwares, familiar with non-standard design is a plus.
4. Familiar with product application knowledge and risk management techniques related to the mechanical part.

Senior Optical  R&D Engineer

1. Coater Process Management.
2. All kinds of IR-CUT/UV-IR-CUT filter products development. 3. Narrow-band filter products development for optical communication. 4. Dichroic plate products development for projector.

Optical Coating

1. Bachelor's degree or above(Photoelectric related majors) 2. 3+ years working experience in optical coating, successfully lead one or more related product development.
3. Familiar with the operation of Japanese optical relaxation coating machine.
4. Proficient in the use of TFC or Essential Macleod softwares. 5. Coating experience in Japanese or Korean enterprises is preferred.

Senior R&D Engineer (PTC、NTC、Automotive Electronics)

1. Responsible for new product development project, product structure,process technology and other technical R&D related work.
2. Manage product technology and coordinate production field technology ,assist in preparing and reviewing the special process parameters.
3. Establish evaluation and testing method for new products,responsible for the statistical analysis of the testing data.
4. Develop product specifications and parameters, and guide the formation of inspection standard.
5. Responsible for collecting relevant national standards and industry standards, focus on technology development of the industry.

Non-metallic Materials (ceramic);Mechanical or Electronic

1. Doctor's degree, education experience of internationally renowned university is preferred.
2. 5+ years experience in R&D of electronic components. 3. Familiar with the development process, material, product structure and process of new products. 4. Capable of establishing and managing R&D team.

 Oversea Sales Engineer

1.Responsible for the planning, brand promotion, channel construction in the company's overseas target market.
2.Responsible for sales and market development work in overseas markets.
3.Responsible for the management and maintenance of overseas agents.

Marketing

1.Master's degree or above. 2.Proficient in English and master second language (Korean, Spanish, etc.)
3.Familiar with the operation pattern, culture in local market,and have a certain amount of human resources.
4.Familiar with the sales features of industrial products.

As our customer base and marketing efforts expand, we require a very talented and self-driven Sales Engineer to support our sales efforts and contribute to business development. The sales engineer will work with customers to understand their products and their packaging requirements and will be an integral part of our team responsible for developing overseas market.

Job Description :

Meeting with customers to assist in technical aspects of business development
Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle
